Detoxification, also known as “detox”, is a critical part of drug and alcohol dependence treatment and the first step toward recovery from substance addiction.
Residential treatment, also known as “in-patient treatment” is a form of rehabilitation and recovery treatment for different types of addiction. As the name suggests, in this type of treatment, substance use disorder patients are admitted to the medical facility to receive treatment for addiction throughout its stages
A partial hospitalization program (PHP) is an outpatient treatment approach developed to help individuals suffering from substance abuse problems or mental health issues. It involves various types of healthcare providers (such as psychiatrists, physicians, and therapists).
An intensive outpatient program, or IOP, is a method for substance-related disorders and mental health treatment for illnesses such as depression, anxiety, and emotional problems.
Outpatient rehab allows clients to receive counseling and therapy while attending to their daily routines. After the program’s allotted hours, patients can continue living at home with their families as they recover.
